1. Time management

In a traditional school system, classrooms are often over-populated and thus less attention is given to each child. “Wasted time” is not profitable time for children. The ages 6 to 11 is a privileged learning period for a child, intellectual and physical acquisitions are absorbed with more facility and speed and in a more durable way.

Giving a child the possibility to learn in a “reduced classroom” opens the door to an optimized and privileged education.

2. Developing body and mind

At the core of every training process, sport will allow a child to gain confidence and to shape himself on a physical level.

A balanced child is a child that benefits from both intellectual and physical training. Our body constitutes our resources for life and it is thus of primary importance to develop these capacities. Warming up and stretching exercises, nutrition, personal hygiene teach them discipline and rigour.

Sports activity gives a child self confidence, teaches them self-respect and the respect of others. It conveys the many essential values needed to succeed in life.

3. A strong communication bond to develop self-confidence

The period between 6 and 11 years is also essential in the sense that perceptions and impressions of themselves and of others are shaped during this time.

The teacher's role, being the person who spends the most time with the child, is to give them a positive image and perception of themselves.

4. To learn English

In, this day and age, we can no longer deny the fact that English has become a universal language allowing travel and the possibility to work anywhere in the world. When our children reach adulthood, mastering the English language will no longer be a choice but a necessity.

At "Mouratoglou Ecole du Sport", children will receive the essential grounding for the acquisition of this language.
